Refund Policy
1. Cancellation
If a customer cancels a service or we are unable to fulfill the requested service, a refund amount will be processed. The refund will be credited to the original payment source or an alternate savings account provided by the customer. Any applicable taxes, platform charges by payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount. And an additional 1% of the charge will be deducted from the user bill amount as a refund charge. These deductions will be clearly itemized in the refund statement sent to the customer.
2.Technical Issues
If we are unable to facilitate a service due to technical difficulties or service limitations, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Customers are advised not to make any direct transfers until a refund confirmation ID is generated and sent to them via email and SMS. Refunds will be reflected within 15 working days, subject to the respective bank’s processing timelines.
3.Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or alternate savings account provided by the customer within 15 working days after the refund request is confirmed. The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account will depend on the bank’s processing timelines.
4.User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided for refunds. If a user allows another person to access or use their account in any manner, the user will be responsible for any actions taken by that person.
5.Liability
The user acknowledges and agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all risks arising from their use of our payment services remain with the user. Neither our company nor any affiliated parties involved in facilitating the payment services shall be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, system failures, service interruptions, or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with these terms.
