If you fail to provide the valid documents, it will be automatically refunded on the 2nd bank working day from your Settlement Date. Refund charges are applicable.

Refund will be reflected in your Card / Wallet within 5-7 bank working days and additional 1% of the charge will be deducted from your settlement amount as a refund charge.
(For example, Rs. 5000 is supposed to be settled in the beneficiary's account and from that, 1% of the amount (Rs. 50) will be deducted as a refunding charge.)
