Limit depends upon the priority chosen by you. For Instant Pay the limit is 3000 per day and for Same Day priority the limit is 15,000 per day. You don’t have any limit for other priorities. You can pay as per your Card limit.

Yes, for Credit Card bill payments you will earn a maximum Cashback of 1000 per month.

No, Sign Up in Snapay is absolutely free.

*Install Snapay App from Google Play Store / App Store.

Yes, Snapay is fully protected. All Financial Transactions details in Snapay are verified under PCI-DSS and SSL Technology.
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information Security standard for organizations that handle branded Credit Cards from the major card schemes. The standard Technology was created to increase controls around cardholder data to reduce Credit Card fraud.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a standard Security Technology for establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Yes, if the transaction failed due to any issues at bank end, the amount will return back to the original source 3 to 5 days.

Y You can initiate all kinds of utility payments like Credit / Debit Card, UPI, Wallet (Amazon Pay, Mobikwiki, Payzapp etc), Net Banking through Snapay.

You can pay from your Credit / Debit Card through “Utility Payment or Request Payment option” in Snapay.
* Click “Utility Payment” option, select your Beneficiary and enter the required fields.
* Next you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway screen, enter your card details and proceed the payment.

To change your password, follow these steps
* Login into the Snapay Account.
* View your profile, click the option “Change Password.”
* Enter your New Password and proceed with the change.

You can contact Snapay Team through Chat / Mail Support (support@snapay.in).

On the Home page you can view “History” option. Click that and view the transaction status of your payment.

Convenience charge for the payment will be minimum of 1.25 % and depends upon priority. Excluding taxes, for Instant Pay 2.97 %, for Same Day Priority 2.53 %, for T1 Priority 2.50 %, for T2 Priority 2.12 % and for Low Priority 1.25% is the convenience fee. Yes, Snapay is tied up with PCI-DSS and SSL Technology which makes your Card Detail more Secure and builds credibility with Customers.

Yes, you can cancel your payments within the settlement time. For cancellation purpose you have to contact Snapay Team through “Chat or Mail Support”. Refund charges are applicable.

Yes, extra 1% amount will be deducted from your payment (Including the Priority charges) as a refunding charge.

If you didn’t provide the valid documents for your payment, it will be refunded automatically on the 4th working day from your Settlement date. Refund charges are applicable.

Don't worry! No one can access your Snapay Account without entering the Snapay Mpin/ Fingerprint. That's why we recommend not store your Snapay password anywhere on your phone. However, for security reasons if your phone is lost / stolen inform us immediately by mailing us to admin@snapay.com / support@snapay.in so that we will freeze your account for further safeguard purpose.

Send a mail to support@snapay.in regarding the deletion of your account.

It will be decided by our legal team based on your Transactions, Chargeback / Dispute from Banks. Once you are eligible for that your Instant Pay limit will be increased.
